We offer a service that helps our customers pay Import Duty in advance. Therefore, shipments will arrive at your doorstep and your local custom will not contact you. We find this important so that you can receive the shipment in the shortest time and the Import Duty can be lowered down.
Simply choose the region when you put your products in the cart, it will show you an amount. But if you prefer to do it yourself, you can skip the option.

We use FedEx, DHL or UPS. As soon as your product is ready for shipping, we’ll provide a tracking number so that you can estimate its arrival date and time.
We declare the product as a truck part to protect your privacy. Your DPF and EGR Delete Kits will be packaged in a plain brown box.
Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve been placed. We use multiple third-party fulfillment companies, distribution centers & manufacturers. The logistics of coordinating a cancellation are not feasible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Let us know your order number and we will provide you with repair instructions with videos, and the repair kit will be sent to you at no charge.
If the products are broken from the start (the posture of the product is not normal), please contact us.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Import Duty, tax, and VAT will not be refunded for broken products by yourself.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
